Description

C.E. Elective Courses 1-6, taught by instructor Michael Sewell.

Elective Courses 1-3 will be 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Elective Courses 4-6 will be 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Electronic tests will be administered on site.

One hour lunch break allows delicious lunch from pub menu at your own cost, or feel free to bring your own to eat in the classroom.
Complimentary coffee, tea and water will be provided throughout the day.

All classes will begin promptly on time.

Elective 1: Short Sales and Foreclosures in Wisconsin

Elective 2: Changing a Property's Use in Wisconsin

Elective 3: Other Wisconsin Approved Forms

Elective 4: Closing of Buyer's Property Contingency, Secondary Offer, and Bump Clause in the Wisconsin Offers to Purchase

Elective 5: Drafting Contracts in Wisconsin Real Estate Transactions

Elective 6: Risk Reduction for Wisconsin Licensees
