LIVE C.E. Courses 1-6

Description

C.E. Courses 1-6, taught by instructor Michael Sewell.

Courses 1-3 will be 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Courses 4-6 will be 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Electronic tests will be administered on site.

30 minute lunch break allows lunch from pub menu at your own cost, or feel free to bring your own to eat in the classroom.

Complimentary coffee, tea and water will be provided throughout the day.

All classes will begin promptly on time.

We are offering these live classes at the most economical rates possible to cover costs.

LARA MEMBERS ONLY: $75 per day - only entire day registrations

NON-MEMBERS: $99 per day - only entire day registrations

NOTICE: For the 2025-26 biennium, the required credits for Wisconsin real estate licensees include the completion of 18 one-hour course topics, comprised of 12 mandatory courses and six elective courses. Completion of this entire 3-day series would satisfy this requirement.

Daily class fees include lunch on site: a turkey wrap with a bottle of water, unless veggie wrap is requested.

HAPPY HOUR follows each weekly class. ALL LARA MEMBERS are invited to network at The Bunker Bar & Grill following class. One complimentary drink ticket per member.
